Yoga Classes with Dawn
Dawn Clark has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and teaches many different styles of classes – Les Mills Balance, Pump, Jam, Core, Tone, Barre, Spin- even aqua and zumba! In 2015 she did her Yoga course and has been teaching Yoga in studio and online both one to one and in groups. She believes that aligning Yoga to the seasons enables us to be truly present.

Come and join our new seasonal Yoga class and learn that the wood element of spring is all about needing to be challenged and stretched into the new season, cleansing and re-oxygenating the body so expect lots of stretching and side bends during this Yoga class.
