Flow into a better sleep
This evening flow yoga class will set a new evening routine for you. This yoga practice aligns the changing energies of nature and the seasons in a flow style class that will improve your physical strength and flexibility, giving you balance, harmony and an enhanced sense of well-being. You will end this class with yoga sleep practice which is known to reduce stress and help to improve sleep patterns. All levels are welcome, with options for poses being provided.
What you’ll learn:
- Learn traditional yoga postures aligned to each season
- Yoga nidra practice to support good sleep patterns
- To take a full practice at your own pace
What you’ll need:
Our Yoga Instructor would advise you to wear comfortable clothing to join this evening flow yoga class and if you have them to hand you can bring a couple of yoga blocks, (big books); a strap (a dressing gown cord works well!) and a blanket.
Your Instructor
Dawn Clark has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and teaches many different styles of classes – Les Mills Balance, Pump, Jam, Core, Tone, Barre, Spin- even aqua and zumba! In 2015 she did her Yoga course and has been teaching Yoga in studio and online both one to one and in groups. She believes that aligning Yoga to the seasons enables us to be truly present.
Joining our live classes
Our ‘live’ classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the zoom class.
