Seated chair Pilates Class
Duration: 1 hour
Price: £10.00
Build core and upper body strength whilst sitting
This seated chair Pilates class is a great way of working our body when we want to exercise without getting down onto our Pilates mat or for those who need the support of a chair. Using targeted exercises we are able to help improve our flexibility and range of movement whilst strengthening our core and spine which will help with balance and posture as well as helping us maintain dexterity and coordination. For these sessions an upright chair is needed and there will be the option to increase the intensity as we progress with light hand weights and resistance band.
What you’ll learn:
- Learn classical Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates
- Core Pilates exercises in seating position with the support of a chair
- To take a full practice at your own pace
What you’ll need:
