Learning to adapt
At any age and fitness level Pilates will improve your posture, mobility, flexibility, core strength. This Pilates Class-Variations and Adaptations is the next level in your Pilates journey and will build on the basics from your introduction to Pilates. During this class you will be guided through classic Pilates exercises and will be shown how to vary and adapt those exercises to your suit your fitness level and individual requirements.

- How to vary and adapt the core exercises to suit your individual requirements
- To take a full practice at your own pace
What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out for you to take part in this Pilates Class-Variations and Adaptations
Your Instructor
Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.
