Understanding your limits
At any age and fitness level Pilates will improve your posture, mobility, flexibility, core strength. This Pilates Class-Pushing your practice will explore your limits and show you how to maximise your practice. During this class you will be guided through classic Pilates exercises with a more developed focus on those problem areas for you and how to understand when to push yourself and when not to.

- Learn classical Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates
- Understanding which Pilates exercises work best for you and the limits of your practice
- To take a full practice at your own pace
What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out for you to take part in this Pilates Class-Pushing your practice.
Your Instructor
Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.
Joining our live classes
