At any age and fitness level Pilates will improve your posture, mobility, flexibility, core strength. This Pilates class sequence is suitable for all levels and focuses on developing your Pilates sequence that suits your fitness level and individual requirements. You’ll be guided through stretches and mobility work that target specific areas for you.

What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out for you to take part in this Pilates class sequence.
Your Instructor
Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.
Joining our live classes
Our ‘live’ classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the zoom class.
