In this Hips and Core Pilates class you will be targeting key areas of the body which often cause discomfort. Everyday activities can leave our hips feeling tight and weak. In this class we open and strengthen our hips and work on our deep core muscles too to give your posture a boost too.

What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out to take part in this Hips and Core Pilates class.
Your Instructor
Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.
