Come and join Noemi and her mother live from their kitchen in Granada. In this Spanish cooking class you will be treated to their favourite spring dishes from Andalusia.
For our Spanish cooking class in June Noemi and her mother will be sharing their recipes to make family dishes they have grown up with. On the menu we have salmorejo Andaluz, potato and prawn salad and a Spanish style devilled eggs with avocado and salmon.
On Fridays we have a real treat to get your weekend off to a great start. Join Noemi and her mum for a true taste of Spanish culture as they guide you through a spring inspired Tapas menu. For June Tapas classes you will be guided through iconic dishes such as Paella de pescado, Andalusian summer salad with tomatoes, spring onion and tuna and to finish off the famous Tinto de verano.
Traditional Spanish food and in particular Andalusian cuisine has been influenced by a multitude of flavours thanks to its rich history and mix of cultures. A strongly agricultural region Andalusia is deeply influenced by the land and the sea and each recipe is based around what is in season for sustainable cooking.

What you’ll need:
If you are planning to cook along with Noemi and her mother then the following equipment would be useful:
- A wooden board
- Mixing bowls
- A selection of knifes
In case you don’t have some of the items listed above, don’t worry, we can find an alternative.
Don’t forget to buy a bottle of cava or wine, to have a toast together at lunch.
Your Host and Chef
Noemi Parra Martin hosts our holidays in Granada and Seville and has been cooking traditional Andalusian dishes with her mother and grandmother since she was a little girl. Her mother is an amazing Spanish cook and will be joining Noemi to share their family recipes.

Our ‘live’ classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the zoom class.
